The NAAC Peer Team visited Govt. Degree College Khour for 1 st cycle of Accreditation on

September 21 & 22, 2022. The team was comprised of Hon’ble Chairperson Dr. Arvind

Kumar Dixit, Former Vice-Chancellor Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University Agra (U.P), Hon’ble

Member Co-ordinator Dr. Nirankar Srivastav, Former Professor, North Eastern Hill

University, Jaipur (Rajasthan) and Hon’ble Member Dr. Vitthal Ghule, Principal Rajarishi

Shahu Mahavidalaya Pirbhani (Maharashtra).

In the beginning, Principal of the College presented the College Profile through PPT and

IQAC Convener of the College explained the Quality Indicator Framework of various

Criteria of Self Study Report. Then the Peer Team visited various departments,

laboratories and physical facilities provided in the campus. They had interaction with

Principal Dr. T. K. Sharma, IQAC Co-ordinator Prof. Tarsem Lal, HODs, Administrative

Staff, Students, Alumini and Parents.

There was also a lunch on meeting with representatives from Higher Education

Department, Sh. R. K. Badyal Special Secretary HED & Sh. Sushil Kumar Khajuria,

Additional Secretary HED and representative from University of Jammu, Prof. Sushil

Sharma. Various issues pertaining to the functioning of Govt. Institutions were discussed

in detail in the meeting.

The exit meeting of NAAC Peer Team was also held on this day in the Smart Classroom

of the College.
