The Science club of GDC Khour organized a virtual mode of a Poster making competition on the topic “Lifestyle Vs Cancer” to spread awareness among the students regarding the increasing rate of cancer due to unhealthy lifestyles. A number of students participated in which 6 students namely Akansha, Sakshi, Komal, Sonika, Manvi, Samriti, and Isha have presented their poster on Cancer Day and were awarded with e-certificates. Dr. Tasleem and Dr. Sharesth also enlightened the students through a clear and concise presentation on cancer with special emphasis on lifestyle vs cancer. The whole event was organized by Dr. Tasleem, Prof. Anju, and Dr. Sharesth under the guidance of College Principal Prof. Tarsem Lal.

Principal of the College appreciated the students for their enthusiasm and active participation in the event. He also congratulated the organizing committee for making the event successful.
