The science club of GDC Khour celebrated National Science Day on 28 Feb 2022. “Marking the occasion, and as a gesture of salute to the Indian scientist Dr. C.V. Raman, a quiz competition was organized to spread awareness among the students regarding importance of science in daily life. The theme of the National Science Day 2022 is Integrated Approach in Science and Technology for a Sustainable Future. For this event, 4 teams of students each having 5 members were constituted in which Team A, comprises of students namely Manav Singh, Suhani Bhagat, Amit Singh, Gourav Singh and Suchandna Sharma of semester I, scored highest points. All the participants were awarded with E- Certificates. The whole event was organized by Dr. Tasleem, Prof. Anju, and Dr. Sharesth under the guidance of Prof. Tarsem Lal, Principal of the College. While speaking on the occasion, Principal of the College appreciated the participants and organizers of the event and said that such type of events give an opportunity to the scientific minded students.
